All services are delivered digitally.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- No work will begin until the payment is successfully received.
- Payments made are considered as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Revisions Policy
- Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions based on the selected package.
- Additional revisions may be charged separately.
- Major changes or complete redesign requests may be treated as a new project.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery timelines will be shared at the start of the project.
- Delays may occur if client feedback is delayed or required information is not provided on time.
- BrandBuilder Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear instructions, content, and references.
- Respond in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all provided materials do not violate any copyrights.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All designs remain the property of BrandBuilder Studio until full payment is completed.
- After full payment and delivery acceptance:
- The client receives rights to use the final design.
- BrandBuilder Studio retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.
7. Prohibited Use
- Not to resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any draft concepts.
- Not to use rejected concepts or unpaid designs.
8. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if the client rejects the final delivery.
- The client must confirm that they will not use any design, concept, or branding created.
- Any use of refunded work is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- BrandBuilder Studio will not be held liable for any business loss, profit loss, or indirect damages.
- Issues arising from misuse of delivered designs are not our responsibility.
10. Termination of Service
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if the client is abusive, uncooperative, or violates terms.
- The project may be terminated without refund in such cases.
11. Modifications to Terms
- BrandBuilder Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
