At Brand Builder Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality branding, logo design, and creative services. Due to the custom, digital, and creative nature of our work, all projects require time, expertise, research, communication, and creative effort.
This Refund Policy is designed to protect both the client and Brand Builder Studio.
By purchasing any service from Brand Builder Studio, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
All services provided by Brand Builder Studio are digital and custom-created based on individual client requirements.
Because creative work may begin soon after project confirmation, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions described in this policy.
Digital services may include logo design, brand identity design, brand guidelines, graphic design, social media branding, marketing creatives, stationery design, packaging design concepts, consulting, and other creative services.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
All refund requests are reviewed individually based on project status, work completed, communication history, package terms, client feedback, deliverables provided, and applicable law.
Brand Builder Studio reserves the right to approve, reject, partially approve, or request additional clarification for any refund request.
Once the client has approved the final design, accepted final delivery, downloaded final files, confirmed project completion, used any deliverable commercially, published any design, printed any design, or requested final file delivery, no refund will be issued under normal circumstances.
Final approval is considered confirmation that the project has been completed satisfactorily.
Use of any delivered design, file, concept, or branding asset shall be considered acceptance of the work.
A refund may only be considered if the client formally rejects the final delivered work, submits a refund request in writing, clearly explains the reason for rejection, and confirms in writing that no design, concept, draft, branding asset, creative direction, file, or material provided by Brand Builder Studio will be used in any manner.

Approval of a refund is not guaranteed.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, business closure, project cancellation by the client, delayed client responses, personal preference changes after approval, completed revisions within the purchased package, failure to provide required project information, dissatisfaction based only on subjective design preference after approval, services already delivered according to the agreed scope, requests outside the original scope, client-side delays, lack of business results, low sales, low engagement, trademark rejection, domain unavailability, printing issues caused by third parties, or misuse of deliverables.
Refunds will also not be provided where work has already been substantially completed or where the client has received concepts, drafts, strategy, consultation, files, or creative value as part of the service.
If a client requests cancellation before any work has started, Brand Builder Studio may consider a refund after deducting payment gateway charges, transaction fees, administrative costs, consultation time, planning time, and any other expenses already incurred.
Brand Builder Studio reserves the right to determine whether work has begun.
Work may include research, communication, planning, file setup, creative direction, concept development, sketching, design exploration, strategy, or internal preparation.
In some cases, Brand Builder Studio may offer a partial refund at its sole discretion.
Partial refunds may be considered when only part of the service has been completed, when unused deliverables remain, or when a fair resolution is appropriate based on the project status.
Any partial refund decision shall be final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, the client agrees that they will not use the logo, branding assets, design concepts, drafts, sketches, creative directions, mockups, source files, final files, modified versions, similar versions, or designs inspired by the refunded work.
This restriction applies to all platforms and uses, including websites, social media, advertising campaigns, business cards, packaging, printed materials, digital publications, presentations, marketplaces, online stores, trademark applications, company registrations, and client projects.
All concepts, drafts, sketches, creative directions, source files, final designs, and project materials remain the intellectual property of Brand Builder Studio until full payment is completed and final acceptance has been confirmed.
If a refund is issued, all usage rights granted to the client are immediately revoked. Ownership and usage rights automatically return to Brand Builder Studio.
The client must permanently delete all copies of the refunded work and must not use, publish, sell, modify, reproduce, or share any refunded design or related material.
Any continued use of refunded work shall be considered unauthorized use and may result in legal action.
Brand Builder Studio reserves the right to request additional information, review project history, review communication records, request written confirmation of non-usage, investigate whether any work has been used, and determine whether a refund request is valid.
A refund request may be rejected if the client has used the work, approved the work, delayed the project, changed the original requirement, requested excessive revisions, violated the Terms & Conditions, initiated abusive communication, provided incomplete information, or filed a dishonest claim.
All decisions regarding refunds shall be final to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, the refund may be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Refund processing time may depend on payment gateways, banks, currency conversion, international transfer systems, platform rules, and financial institutions.
Brand Builder Studio is not responsible for bank delays, payment gateway delays, transaction charges, currency conversion differences, or third-party processing issues.
Clients agree to contact Brand Builder Studio before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.
Filing a false chargeback after receiving project work, concepts, drafts, files, or final deliverables may be considered misuse of services.
We reserve the right to provide project records, communication history, invoices, approvals, delivery proof, and delivered files to banks, payment processors, legal advisors, or authorities as evidence during dispute investigations.
To protect our intellectual property and creative work, Brand Builder Studio may monitor misuse of refunded, rejected, unpaid, or unauthorized designs.
If it is determined that a client has used a refunded design, used a modified version of the design, used a substantially similar concept, shared refunded assets with third parties, claimed ownership of refunded work, or used refunded work commercially, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies, financial recovery, and intellectual property enforcement where permitted by law.
Brand Builder Studio provides creative, logo design, branding, and design-related services. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, business growth, conversions, social media engagement, brand recognition, trademark approval, customer response, or market success.
Refunds will not be issued because a client did not achieve expected business, marketing, financial, or commercial results.
International clients are subject to this Refund Policy to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Any refund approved for an international client may be affected by currency conversion, payment gateway rules, bank deductions, transfer charges, taxes, and processing timelines.
Brand Builder Studio is not responsible for deductions, conversion differences, or third-party charges applied by banks or payment processors.
Brand Builder Studio shall not be liable for business losses, revenue loss, profit loss, marketing performance issues, delays caused by client actions, indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of opportunities.
Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service purchased.
Brand Builder Studio reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website, order page, payment page, or communication channel.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
