At BrandBuilder Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality branding and logo design services. Due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is strict and clearly defined.

1. No Refund After Delivery Acceptance

Once the client has accepted the final delivery, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund is only applicable under the following condition:

  • The client explicitly rejects the final delivery.
  • The client confirms that they will not use the delivered logo, branding assets, or any concept provided by BrandBuilder Studio.

3. Strict Usage Restriction

If a refund is requested and approved:

  • The client must not use the logo, concepts, drafts, or branding materials in any form.
  • The client must ensure that:
    • The logo is not used on any platform (website, social media, print, etc.).
    • No modified, inspired, or similar version of the provided design is used in the future.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All designs, concepts, and creative work remain the intellectual property of BrandBuilder Studio unless full payment is completed and the project is accepted.

If a refund is issued:

  • All rights granted to the client are immediately revoked.
  • Any usage of the design after refund will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.

5. Refund Approval Rights

  • BrandBuilder Studio reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on the situation.
  • We may request written confirmation from the client stating non-usage of the delivered work.

6. Fraud & Misuse Protection

If it is found that:

  • The client has used the design after requesting or receiving a refund, or
  • Created a similar or slightly modified version of our design,

Strict action will be taken, including but not limited to legal enforcement and penalty claims.
