Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Brand Builder Studio, we provide digital branding, logo design, graphic design, and creative services. Since our services are digital in nature, no physical products are manufactured, packaged, shipped, or delivered unless specifically agreed in writing.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how project files, deliverables, and digital assets are delivered to clients.

By purchasing any service from Brand Builder Studio, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All services offered by Brand Builder Studio are digital in nature, including but not limited to logo design, brand identity design, social media branding, brand guidelines, marketing creatives, visual assets, stationery design files, packaging design concepts, and other creative design services.

No physical goods are shipped by default.

Final project files may be delivered through email, cloud storage links, shared folders, client portals, WhatsApp, project management platforms, or any other mutually agreed digital delivery method.

2. No Physical Shipping

Brand Builder Studio does not provide physical shipping, courier delivery, printed material delivery, packaging shipment, merchandise shipment, or physical product dispatch as part of its standard services.

If printing, packaging, courier delivery, or physical shipment is required, it must be agreed separately in writing. Additional charges, timelines, taxes, shipping costs, and third-party vendor terms may apply.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are discussed before or during project commencement and may vary depending on the selected service, project scope, complexity, number of deliverables, revision requirements, client communication, and workload.

Delivery timelines are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed deadlines unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Business days generally exclude Sundays, public holidays, major festivals, emergency closures, and circumstances beyond reasonable control.

4. Project Processing

Work on a project begins only after payment has been received and confirmed, required project information has been submitted, necessary files and references have been provided, and the project scope has been reasonably understood.

Any delay in payment, incomplete information, missing files, unclear instructions, or delayed communication from the client may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Possible Delivery Delays

Although we make reasonable efforts to deliver projects on time, delays may occur due to delayed client feedback, late approvals, missing project information, additional revision requests, scope changes, technical issues, workload fluctuations, third-party platform interruptions, power outages, internet issues, health emergencies, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Brand Builder Studio shall not be held responsible for delays caused by client actions, third-party platforms, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Extended Delivery Clause

Brand Builder Studio reserves the right to extend the delivery timeline by up to 7 to 15 additional business days when necessary due to complex project requirements, high project volume, revision requests, technical difficulties, operational circumstances, emergencies, or delays beyond reasonable control.

Whenever possible, clients will be informed regarding significant delays.

7. Revisions and Delivery Extensions

Revision requests may extend the project timeline.

If a client requests additional revisions, new concepts, changes beyond the original scope, or complete redesigns, delivery timelines may be extended and additional charges may apply.

Brand Builder Studio reserves the right to determine whether a revision request affects the delivery timeline or requires an additional fee.

8. Client Responsibilities for Timely Delivery

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to provide complete project information, submit required content and assets promptly, respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe, provide clear feedback, review deliverables without unnecessary delay, and approve completed work when satisfied.

Failure to provide timely responses may result in delivery extensions, project pauses, or project closure after repeated non-response.

9. Delivery Confirmation

A project shall be considered delivered once final files have been sent to the client, download links have been provided, files have been uploaded to an agreed platform, or deliverables have been shared through the agreed communication channel.

Clients are responsible for reviewing delivered files and notifying us of any technical issue within a reasonable period.

If no issue is reported within a reasonable time after delivery, the project may be considered successfully delivered.

10. File Formats

File formats depend on the selected package, quotation, or written agreement.

Common file formats may include PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, PSD, or other digital formats where applicable.

Editable source files are provided only if they are included in the purchased package, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.

Brand Builder Studio is not required to provide raw working files, editable source files, unused concepts, drafts, font files, or internal project files unless specifically agreed in writing.

11. File Access and Backup Responsibility

Clients are encouraged to download and securely store all delivered files immediately upon receipt.

Brand Builder Studio is not responsible for lost files after delivery, client-side storage issues, accidental deletion by the client, expired download links, inaccessible third-party cloud links, damaged local devices, or failure to maintain backups.

Maintaining backups of delivered files remains the responsibility of the client.

12. Download Links and Expiry

Some deliverables may be provided through third-party cloud storage or file-sharing platforms.

Download links may expire, be removed, become unavailable, or be affected by third-party platform limitations.

Clients should download and save their files as soon as possible after delivery.

Re-uploading or re-sending old files after project completion may be subject to availability and may require additional service charges.

13. Third-Party Delivery Platforms

We may use third-party services for file delivery, communication, file storage, project management, and client collaboration.

Brand Builder Studio is not responsible for service outages, platform downtime, delivery interruptions, account restrictions, data loss, technical failures, upload issues, download issues, or security incidents occurring on third-party systems.

Such issues may affect delivery timelines beyond our control.

14. International Delivery

For international clients, all deliverables are provided digitally. No international courier, customs clearance, import duty, or physical shipping process applies unless separately agreed in writing.

International clients are responsible for ensuring that delivered files are compatible with their local printers, vendors, platforms, software, and business requirements.

15. Project Closure Due to Non-Response

If a client does not respond for an extended period, fails to provide required information, or delays approvals despite repeated follow-ups, Brand Builder Studio may pause or close the project.

Project reopening after long inactivity may require additional charges, revised timelines, or a new agreement.

16. Limitation of Liability

Brand Builder Studio shall not be liable for business losses resulting from delivery delays, missed opportunities, revenue loss, profit loss, third-party platform issues, expired links, client-side storage failure, or indirect and consequential damages.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service purchased.

17. Policy Updates

Brand Builder Studio reserves the right to update, revise, replace, or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website, order page, payment page, or communication channel.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
